Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sonny Angara, together with Dr. Jocelyn D.R. Andaya, Assistant Secretary for the National Capital Region and Regional Director, conducted an official visit to Sproutville International School in Bonifacio Global City on July 31, 2026.
During the visit, the delegation toured the campus, observed Montessori classroom activities, and explored specialized learning spaces including the Immersive Holographic Room, STEAM & AI Science Laboratory, and indoor golf activity room. The visit provided an opportunity for discussions on child-centered learning, innovation in early childhood education, and the role of private educational institutions in supporting national education goals.
